Where nervous systems soften and the body returns to resonance.

What is a sound bath?

Person playing crystal singing bowls outdoors with a river and trees in the background.

A sound bath is a deeply calming experience that uses instruments like crystal singing bowls, drums, gongs, and chimes to help quiet the mind, release tension, and bring the nervous system into a state of rest.

Sound baths offer a gentle way to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and return to a sense of calm with no meditation experience required.

Hi, I’m Kate!

I began meditating as a teenager, searching for a way to cope with symptoms from complex trauma and find steadiness within myself.

That path led me to yoga, and eventually to sound baths, where I was instantly captivated by the way sound gently carried me into a deeper, more expansive state of meditation.

More recently I found myself facing burnout and seeking the next step forward after years of living in survival mode. I attended a transformative retreat that gently clarified what I had long felt within me: a deep calling to share the healing power of sound and to help others discover a renewed sense of grounding, balance, and peace.
