Reflect and release under the Full Blue Moon with a 60-minute sound bath that offers space to slow down, settle your nervous system, and restore energy.

The session begins with a short guided meditation to help you settle into the space, followed by an immersion of sound that features various instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. As the sound moves through you, it helps create a sense of steadiness and inner grounding, so you can meet the rest of the week feeling more centered. Meditation experience is not required to participate in a sound bath. 

This sound bath is ideal if you’re seeking:
