Instruments such as crystal singing bowls, drums, gongs, and chimes are used to help quiet the mind, release tension, and bring the nervous system into a restorative state, supporting healing for the mind, body, and soul. Add breath work or journaling exercises for a fuller sense of well-being.
Kate will help curate a session or series of sessions and provide suggestions for scheduling, timing, and the overall experience.
Travel Fee:
Visits beyond a 40 mile radius (from 98045) include a small mileage fee to honor the time and distance.
