Hi, I’m Kate Boyd.
We live in a world that moves fast, asks a lot of us, and tends to keep us disconnected. Many of us are carrying constant stimulation, trauma, stress, and pressure in our minds and bodies, often without recognizing how deeply it’s affecting our nervous systems and our sense of self.
For years, I’ve been on my own journey of slowing down, finding safety within myself, and healing the effects of trauma. Through that process, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how our experiences can shape the way we move through the world, and how healing isn't something that can be rushed or forced. It requires patience, compassion, and spaces where we feel genuinely safe. That personal journey has made me deeply trauma-aware, and I thoughtfully carry that awareness into every offering I facilitate.
What began as a personal search for balance became a deeper devotion to practices that help the body feel safe, supported, and at ease. Through meditation, sound, and intentional presence, I’ve experienced how powerful it can be to gently return to center.
My work is an offering of that same energy. I create spaces where you can soften, reconnect, and remember what it feels like to be steady within yourself, even in the midst of a chaotic world. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply craving stillness, my intention is to support you in finding grounding, clarity, connection, and a deeper sense of home within.
I believe every person deserves to be met with gentleness and without judgment. Rather than asking you to push through or "fix" yourself, my approach honors your nervous system and allows you to engage at your own pace. My hope is that every person who joins me leaves feeling a little more connected to themselves than when they arrived.
I hold a 35-hour Sound Bath Practitioner certificate through the Aligned Sound Method and am based in North Bend, Washington, serving clients throughout the Greater Seattle area.
