Resonate With Your Rhythm
Limited space available!
Saturday, 8/8/2026 @ 6:00pm-7:15pm
Limited space available! Release stress, rediscover self-expression, and reconnect with your body.
Feeling stuck in your head, tense in your body, or wired and tired? This is your permission slip to drop it all for 75 minutes.
Join Kate (@resonatewkate) and Heather (@wildly.heather) for an evening of somatic dance and sound bath healing timed intentionally with the Lion's Gate Portal, a moment of powerful energetic shift and expansion.
What to expect:
We'll open with guided somatic dance: no choreography or "doing it right." Just gentle prompts to help you shake off the day, release tension you're carrying, and move in whatever way feels honest for your body. This isn't performance. It's permission.
From there, you'll settle in and melt into a restorative sound bath, where live instruments (gongs, singing bowls, and more) wash over you and guide your nervous system out of fight-or-flight and into deep, restorative calm.
You'll leave feeling:
Lighter like you set something down
Grounded back in your body, out of your head
Connected to yourself, and to the group energy in the room
A few things to know:
No dance experience needed. Truly. If you can move, you can do this.
Nothing is required of you. You're free to rest, observe, or participate at your own pace the whole time. This is a no-pressure space.
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Bring a water bottle, and a journal if you like to reflect afterward.
Doors open at 5:50 PM, come a few minutes early to settle in and grab a spot on the floor.
Free parking available at All That Dance.
Whether you're new to somatic work or a regular at sound baths, this is a space to exhale, reconnect, and remember what it feels like to just be in your body again.
Spots are limited. This is an intimate, in-person experience, not a big class. Grab your ticket before it fills up.

This experience combines gentle, guided somatic movement with the deeply relaxing sounds of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments. We'll begin by reconnecting with the body through intuitive movement before transitioning into a restorative sound bath designed to calm the nervous system and encourage deep relaxation.
